Vijay Kumar is an entrepreneur and accomplished business leader with over 30 years of diverse experience across consumer durables, banking, insurance, stockbroking, real estate, and interior design. An MBA graduate and college gold medalist, he has consistently demonstrated academic excellence alongside strong business acumen.

His entrepreneurial journey began early—at the age of 20, while still a student, he identified a gap in the publication industry and successfully launched a unique series of test preparation guides that sold out completely. This early success laid the foundation for his lifelong commitment to identifying opportunities and building scalable ventures.

Vijay is also a passionate public speaker and motivator. From a young age, he actively participated in debates and competitions, representing his school and college and earning multiple accolades. His ability to communicate, inspire, and lead has remained a defining strength throughout his career.

Over the years, Vijay has been recognized as a top performer across several leading organizations, including Blow Plast Ltd, Reliance Infocomm, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Reliance Retail, Angel Broking, and BCCL (Artha). His consistent excellence has been acknowledged through numerous performance awards and leadership recognition.

Driven by his entrepreneurial vision, Vijay founded Homzinterio in 2016, identifying significant potential in the interior design and home solutions space. Built without external venture capital funding, the company has grown into a robust organization with over 200 full-time professionals, 10 experience centers, and a state-of-the-art modular manufacturing facility.

As a leader, Vijay provides strategic direction, enforces financial discipline, and remains actively involved in the company’s operations. His long-term vision is to establish Homzinterio as a household name over the next decade, a goal he is pursuing with unwavering commitment alongside his high-performing team.

Beyond business, Vijay is a poet at heart and a proud patriot. He is also passionate about traveling and enjoys exploring new places to understand diverse cultures and perspectives. Had he not chosen the entrepreneurial path, he would have aspired to serve the nation in the Indian Army.
