Sandeep and Rachna, 20s, had just purchased their first apartment in Whitefield. Their lifestyle involved long hours working from home and a love for hosting intimate weekend gatherings. They wanted a home that was modern, tech-friendly, and uncluttered, but also warm and inviting.
How Sandeep face the issue while Design: Pain Points
- Space Constraint: In a city like Bengaluru, where compact living is the norm, the 1250 sq. ft. apartment felt cramped for a family of three, especially without a dedicated workspace

How Homzinterio Fixed the Problem:
Our design philosophy focused on “Smart, Multi-functional Living.” We proposed a Scandinavian-inspired minimalist design with warm wooden tones to make the space feel larger and more welcoming.
1. We designed a custom, wall-mounted console in the living room.
2. For the second bedroom, we installed a hydraulic queen-sized murphy bed that folded into a sleek wall cabinet, revealing a full-sized foldable work desk beneath it. This created a highly efficient home office that doubled as a guest room.
