- 3. Brand Communication

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.

The PPC Campaign Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms — including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, X (Twitter) Ads, and Pinterest Ads. - Conduct thorough competitor research across all paid channels to identify industry benchmarks, ad strategies, and keyword opportunities. - 5. Budget Management

Job Description:
- Responsible for the complete function of one of the branches of Homzinterio in Bengaluru, Chennai, Navi Mumbai and Pune locations.
- Managing a team of around 15 members Comprising of Interior designers, Relationship Managers and CRM.
- Creation and management of standard operating procedures for smooth operations of all functions of the branch.
- Directly responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for the branch.
- Client Management, Client escalations and conflict management among employees.

Prerequisites:
- Graduates from science/commerce/Interior Designing/engineering background are desired. MBA in sales and marketing are preferred.
- You must have a prior work experience in direct/B2C sales, selling home interiors/Real Estates or any premium products involving direct sales.
- You Must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience after completion of your education in case of Graduates or 3 years in case of MBAs.
- You must be in the age bracket of 25 to 35 years.
- You are expected to be well versed in handling CRM software's, Microsoft Excel, power point presentations and good hold on mathematics as the job role requires study of floor plan and issuance of estimates.
- You must be fluent in English and one regional language preferably Marathi/Hindi
- Ready to work on weekends as the action at Homzinterio begins on every Saturday and Sunday.
Job Description:
- Make out bound sales call to all prospective leads received online or otherwise.
- Understand client requirement and invite to our experience centres.
- Meet and make impressive sales presentations.
- Issue estimates and do rigorous follow-ups for sales closure.
- Work on CRM software and timely update the status
- Generate references from all met clients.

- You should be a graduate in interior designing/ BArch or any graduate with a mandatory diploma in interior designing.
- You need to have at least 2 years of experience after education in the field of residential interior designing.
- You need to be well versed with all required software's including AutoCAD, Google Sketchup and rendering software's along with knowledge of Microsoft excel and power point presentations.
- You need to be fluent in English and any one regional language preferably Marathi/Hindi.
- Knowledge of Modular furniture design work is mandatory.
- You need to be in the age group of 24 to 35 years.
- You need to have passion to meet client, Patience to listen to them, take their requirements, make mood boards and design houses as per client’s expectation.
- Work on weekends as we observe Tuesday as our weekly off.
Job Description:
- Meet clients, make presentations, experience centre walkthrough and mood board presentations. Issue estimates.
- Visit client’s site for measurements and final checking.
- Design house using google SketchUp’s, rendering software's and make presentations. Collect payments as per stage-based milestones.
- Guide customer with end-to-end home interior solutions including modular furniture, Loose furniture, Decor, furnishing and other solutions.
- Be a primary point of contact for all clients whose home you design.
