Role Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer who can bring the Homzinterio voice to life across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to create engaging, SEO-friendly, and brand-aligned content that inspires audiences and strengthens our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop creative content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), blogs, emailers, and website. Write impactful captions, taglines, and storytelling-based scripts for reels and campaigns. Ideate and write content for marketing campaigns, ads, and promotional materials. Work closely with the design and digital teams to align visuals with brand tone and messaging.
- 2. SEO & Web Content
- Write keyword-rich blogs and website content to improve organic visibility. Create engaging meta titles, descriptions, and content layouts aligned with SEO strategy.
- 3. Brand Communication
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all platforms. Assist in developing campaign themes, social media IPs, and long-term brand content calendars. Write copy for print collaterals, brochures, and interior project features.
- 4. Research & Trends
- Stay updated on interior design trends, lifestyle content, and competitor strategies. Brainstorm innovative ways to tell Homzinterio’s brand story and engage the target audience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in interior design, lifestyle, or home decor industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent command of English with impeccable grammar and storytelling ability.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to brand tone quickly.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads copywriting, and ad formats.

Role Description
The PPC Campaign Executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms — including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, X (Twitter) Ads, and Pinterest Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and brand awareness, while maintaining a strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Competitor Analysis (Paid Advertising)
- Conduct thorough competitor research across all paid channels to identify industry benchmarks, ad strategies, and keyword opportunities. Analyze competitors’ ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and landing pages to uncover insights that can improve campaign performance. Use competitive analysis tools (such as Semrush, SpyFu, or Meta Ad Library) to track trends, discover gaps, and develop data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- 2. Campaign Strategy & Setup
- Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, Performance max, YouTube) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) LinkedIn Ads Pinterest Ads Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting, remarketing website organic traffic, and competitor analysis. Knowledge of engaging ad copies, select visuals, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Set up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters. Advance knowledge of retargeting, audience segmentation, and lookalike audiences.
- 3. Campaign Optimization
- Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, or creatives for best results. Optimize campaigns for higher CTR, conversion rate, and ROI. Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages. Identify underperforming campaigns and develop actionable improvement strategies.
- 4. Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rate. Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- 5. Budget Management
- Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum utilization and performance. Forecast monthly spends and allocate budgets across channels and cities based on campaign goals.
- 6. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with SEO, design, and content teams to align paid strategy with organic efforts. Coordinate with sales manager or internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver campaign results.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in PPC advertising or digital marketing.
