When you design your home with Homzinterio, we offer Homzinterio professional services, like civil work, electrical work, false ceiling, laying of floors, etc., that are not part of free installation. These services are executed by a highly skilled team and their charges are separate. Based on the design and site requirement, the exact cost for Homzinterio professional services will be included in your final BoQ.

A service fee is charged at a flat rate of 5% of your final bill value on the products where you engage us to purchase, pack and transport at your site.

A standard fee of Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 3,000 is charged towards packaging and transportation of material to your site.

We make a Zero Fee design for your home even before you make a booking with us. Post this, we enter into a contract and accept 2 iterations with you and the final designs are signed off.

Any changes in design after the signoff (before the materials are sourced and cut) will be charged at Rs. 10,000 per sitting.

Although you will never need it, we provide a free after sale service support for fixing errors. This is valid for 1 year from the date of handover.

5 years warranty against borer and termites subject to edge bindings are not tampered with or broken

10 years manufacturers’ warranty on hardware used in your home interiors.

Damages due to mishandling, breakage, defects from wear and tear are excluded from warranty
